Repairs & Refunds

If you receive your order and are unhappy for any reason, please do get in touch with me so I can try my best to make it right.  I accept returns and offer full refunds for bags in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of custom orders, which are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

My bags are covered by a limited one-year guarantee.  If your bag has a construction failure within 12 months of purchase, I will correct, fix or replace your bag free of charge (you are responsible for shipping costs to me, I will cover shipping costs for return to you).  

 

Construction failures include, but are not limited to:

  • Zipper teeth failures, provided they do not indicate the bag has been overstuffed.

  • Seams unravelling

  • Rivets popping

  • Peeling vinyl/faux leather

 

Construction failures DO NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, zipper pull failures, and any clear signs that the bag has been overstuffed, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker. 

 

If you are unsure if the damage to your bag is a construction failure, please do get in touch and send me some photos of the issue, and I’ll do my best to help.

 

If your bag is damaged due to general wear and tear, but you just want it looking back to it’s best, reach out to me as I may be able to repair or replace your bag, potentially for a reduced rate.  Please note this is not always possible, it depends on the type of damage your bag has incurred.  Also, some fabrics are limited-edition runs or get discontinued, so I may not always be able to get the exact same fabrics again for you.
