How Custom Orders Work

To make sure every design gets the time,

creativity and attention it deserves,

I open my custom request list in dedicated windows

throughout the year.  The list opens on 1st of every

other month and stay open for one week.

This gives me space to fully focus on the beautiful batch

of designs in front of me — no rushing, no frazzled

sewing gremlins — just thoughtful handmade magic.

the list ready for the next opening.

Reserving Your Custom Spot 

Once we’ve chatted through your idea and you’re ready

to go ahead, a £20 deposit secures your place

in the current custom run.

This simply reserves your spot and allows me to order materials and begin the design process. The remaining balance is

due once your bag is ready.

Because each piece is made especially for you,

deposits are non-refundable — but they mean I can work

through orders calmly and fairly, in the order they’re received.
